ChequEXchangeChequEXchange came to Breakthrough Corporation with 2 stores in August 1999 and a plan to open a number of franchise stores across Australia. Breakthrough helped them become one of the fastest growing franchise operations in Australia with over 80 stores sold in the first 6 months. Breakthrough created and developed the marketing and promotional material used to sell the franchises. We helped to create and implement systems and procedures for each franchisee to effectively and easily communicate with us as their agency. We created a uniform corporate style guide issuing approved directives on how to use the corporate brand and imagery, and we developed store opening programs for each store as they opened including all their forms, paperwork, stationery, signage, press releases, newspaper ads and promotional leaflets.
As the number of franchises grew at a rapid rate it was imperative that policy, processes and procedures were implemented to ensure that all orders were correct and that each franchisee received their order within a specified lead-time. The ChequEXchange processes and procedures included developing order forms, pricing structures for each particular item (eg brochures, letterhead, advertisements) and a specific dispatching and invoicing system. |
